Job Description:
This role is based in Warwick working for a fast growing service provider, employing over 600 people in the UK. Due to growth of the company into support functions need to expand and be in place to support this growth.
The position will take responsibility to implement and source a new HR system. Ensure that the payroll function can keep pace with company growth, and deal with ISO accredidation compliance.
The role will be responsible for the HR administration process, starters and leavers, absence etc, to ensure a seamless service is provided to the client population.
You need to have an eye for detail and be IT literate.
