Registering your vacancy
Registering your vacancy with Proflex is simple and straightforward. We are happy to take instructions by email; however we would prefer to talk to you about your role. This enables us to put the 'meat on the bones' of the job description, gain an understanding of the culture of your organisation and the working environment. This not only allows us to shortlist more effectively but also enables us to 'sell' your organisation to our candidates.
On receipt of your vacancy we will provide you with an immediate assessment of currently registered suitable candidates and agree an action plan and time frames with you.
All vacancies are advertised on the major job boards free of charge, these include Monster, Totaljobs and Personnel Today.
Pricing
We have a clear and transparent pricing policy, with a simple 3 tier structure:
| Salaries to £45,000 | an introductory fee of 18% of the base salary |
| Salaries of £45,001 to £74,999 | an introductory fee of 20% of the base salary |
| Salaries at £75,000 and above | an introductory fee of 25% of the base salary |
We do not make any additional charges for bonuses, car allowances or other taxable benefits.
Our rates for temporary workers are also highly competitive and available on request.
